12.27.2011

Did you guys have a great holiday? We had our online classes and Christmas. Today we met in computer lab, and we studied stage two of the writing process. We learned dividing a sentence into subject and focus (treatment), and to figure out if it is effective or ineffective. Also, we wrote the topic sentence and thesis for our own topic. This stage is helpful to prepare for writing. These days, I am interested in prewriting stages that we are learning. Besides, I felt good as I participated in class, because I feel I could be more confident.

    I'm glad you are feeling confident because that's what makes us become active participants.This chapter was also helpful too. Although we have different editions of the book, we are still learning the same process.
