Today we covered quite a lot on the online class, which includes chapter 11, and 12. Cause and Effect chapter was interesting, and the discussion questions were easy to comprehend. Cause and Effect is useful when we make important decisions. I liked how Richard gathered information by using the listing technique in his writing process. In the next chapter, I studied about writing classification essay. We use classification when we need to separate things that are similar to more than one unit. I liked how Boris organized his ideas by using clustering in his writing process worksheet. Both chapter was interesting, but I was little confused what’s different between classification and analysis by division.
